Can you trust what you've heard about King James?? After all, wasn't it a MAN that disputed his authorized translation? Those of you who like to dispute the KJV, what do you use as your back-up? Words written by a man?
It still takes us back to FAITH, faith that God has preserved His Word as He wants. Either you have faith to believe that or you don't, bottom line.</div></div>

I never said that I don't have a measure of faith in the Bible, I prefer to lean on prayer and conversation between myself and God directly as opposed to the overly likely bastardizations of God's Word.

The Bible and organized religion are fine, but they aren't everything. Your own beliefs based off of prayer and your own findings in life along with a personal relationship with God far outweigh anything that the Bible says. That's my opinion.

If we're defined solely/mainly by what kind of Bible we're reading or what denomination we're a member of, then isn't our focus a little out of whack?
